The unthinkable happened.
After way too many years of conflict, threats and abuse, I left my house in the middle of the night with a 2-year-old and 5-month-old. This was two weeks after starting at a new company in an executive role.
Numb, shocked, ashamed, and terrified of what the future held — I looked into my babies’ eyes and down into the depths of my soul. And even though at that moment I was feeling so much resistance, I shifted my mindset.
Within just a couple of weeks, I was able to think clearer and put myself on the right path. I began making sound decisions, putting things in order, and preparing to climb the mountain in front of me.
Months later, I was seeing through a completely different lens that allowed me to move through some massive obstacles with fierce determination and dignity.
Years later, in addition to being a corporate executive, board member, and single mother of two amazing humans, I am a survivor.
As an Executive Coach and a Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC), I’m helping high-achieving, professional women face obstacles they never thought they would — without jeopardizing their dignity, their careers, their families or their confidence.
Just like I did.
